Party Booking Selection Form

Thank you for booking your event with Bumblebee Play Café! Please fill out the form below to submit your party selections at least 10 days before the event date.

When making your food choices, select the TOTAL number of pizzas and pitchers you would like (including the cheese pizzas and lemonade pitchers that are included in your package). The pizzas & pitchers included in the package will be deducted from your final bill.

Additional food and drinks can be ordered on the day of your event as long as they do not have an asterik next to them. Food items with an asterik require pre-order through this form. If you have any questions, please contact us at party@bumblebeeplaycafe.com
